Very friendly and knowledgeable people! I went in today with a collection of cards I wanted an opinion on whether or not what I had was worth getting graded and the guys at the shop were super helpful in helping me decide! Great selection of cards and memorabilia! Definitely go here if you are a sports and collectible fan! - Rafael This place mainly deals with sports cards, but their stock of Pokemon tcg was surprising nonetheless. Best card shop I've been to personally and most of the prices on sealed products were cheaper than even eBay 'buy it now' prices so much to the point I assumed my total checkout was miscalculated. But nah, they just got great prices! They do everything from buying cards to selling slabs and singles as well. Will be considering this as my go-to card shop from now on.-Sung
Out of all the card and sports memorabilia shops around Chattanooga, Cranks is by far my favorite. They always seem to have exactly what you are looking for. The guys who work at the shop are always extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They have a really nice lounge area as well to sit and relax while you open your hobby boxes and will celebrate your hits with you. Overall this is an awesome card shop with even better people working there.- Adam

One of the largest Pokémon TCG collections I have seen in the Chattanooga area. I’m working on a Pokédex binder and found SO many cards I need. The employees are really nice and inviting. Customers and employees were all joking with each other. Super quiet on a Saturday which was exactly what I was looking for. I spent 3+ hours there and easily could have spent the day there just looking at Pokémon cards and chatting with fellow customers. Will definitely be back for all Pokémon needs. - Gene 
Best customer service I dealt with in awhile. I called to figure out why I was partially refunded money back from a eBay order. I thought the order was canceled. Turns out I paid to much for shipping. They paid me back the overpaid amount just out of curiosity. Thank you guys. I would say this shop goes up and beyond and that it’s a trustworthy store. - James

Always helpful and incredible inventory!! Love taking the kiddos in there for packs whenever we're in the area and giving them the thrill of the hunt. They have all kinds of sports memorabilia and not just cards and have a large Pokémon card selection as well. - Heath The guys who work there are super nice and helpful!!
